For 40 years, Van Maercke Prefab has specialized in developing and producing high-quality, innovative prefabricated concrete elements. Established in 1985, our 143,000 m² site in Kluisbergen has seen growing demand for our solutions ever since.

Daily production highlights:

• 300 m³ of prefabricated concrete, equating to an annual capacity of 55,000 m³
• 50 tons of reinforcing steel , equating to an annual capacity of 10,000 tons

Van Maercke Prefab combines exceptional production capacity, top-tier quality, and outstanding efficiency. Our highly automated production site features cutting-edge technologies, including state-of-the-art joinery with automatic CNC machines and a new bending center capable of processing reinforcing steel with diameters ranging from 8 to 40 mm.

Dedicated production lines allow us to manufacture a variety of prefabricated concrete products simultaneously, under optimal conditions, and entirely unaffected by the weather.
