Our production facility in Kluisbergen, established in 1985, boasts an annual capacity of 55,000 m³ of prefabricated concrete. With a team of over 200 professionals, we design, produce, and assemble a wide range of high-quality prefabricated concrete products, including columns, beams, façade panels, roof elements, and custom-made components.

Production
Van Maercke Prefab leverages advanced automation to produce over 300 m³ of prefabricated concrete daily. Dedicated production lines cater to a variety of elements, including:
- 85 wall elements per day
- 55 standard structural elements (beams and columns) per day
- More than 1,000 m² of roof elements per day
All our prefabricated concrete products are manufactured in a controlled factory environment. This efficient industrial setup provides optimal conditions for producing and processing concrete, ensuring consistent quality through:
- A constant ambient temperature
- Computer-controlled composition, mixing, and pouring of concrete
- Complete independence from weather conditions
