The concrete mass acts as a buffer for temperature fluctuations (day/night, summer/winter). This results in less air convection, greater comfort, a stable temperature, and thus savings in heating and cooling.

Due to the low number of joints and connections, the risk of moisture penetration is lower, which results in lower repair and maintenance costs.
